Effective date: October 6, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Existsify handles information when you visit existsify.cc, submit an enquiry, contact us, or choose optional paid subscription-cancellation assistance.
Information collected through forms, email and calls
Our enquiry form collects your full name, email address, subscription or service name, message, and phone number if you choose to provide it. We receive the information you send by email or discuss during calls and may keep correspondence and service notes. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card numbers, bank login details, or unnecessary sensitive information. Complete provider identity checks directly with the provider.
Recorded calls
Calls are recorded, and a recording notice is given at the start of the call. Call recordings are retained for one month. Recordings contain the information discussed during the call. Submitting a website enquiry does not constitute consent to call recording. Any consent required by applicable law must be obtained before recording. Why information is used
We use enquiry and correspondence information to understand your request, contact you, explain the available options, carry out assistance you authorize, maintain service and payment records, handle complaints, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not authorize paid work.
Website, hosting and email providers
The website is hosted by Hostinger and uses WordPress with SureForms for enquiry forms. SureMail with SureContact SMTP delivers website notifications. Google/Gmail processes internal notification emails used by our team. Internal notification addresses are not public customer-support channels. For customer queries and privacy requests, use support@existsify.cc. Website hosting and related services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser/device details, page requests and error or security logs as part of operating the site.
Payments
When an agreed request is resolved and payment is due, we send a PayPal or Stripe payment link. The link identifies the processor used. Enter payment information on the processor’s payment page, not in our enquiry form or by email. Payment providers process information under their own privacy notices: PayPal and Stripe. We may receive transaction references, contact/billing information and payment or refund status needed to administer the service.
Cookies and technical information
Website functions and integrations may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical data for functionality, security and diagnosis. Browser controls can restrict cookies; some features may then work differently. This notice does not claim that the website is cookie-free or that all technologies are essential. If optional analytics, advertising or marketing technologies are used, their purposes and any legally required consent or opt-out controls must be disclosed and provided before their use. Sharing and third-party services
Hosting, form, email, payment and other service providers process information needed to deliver their services. We may disclose information when legally required or needed to address fraud, security, complaints or disputes. Any contact with a subscription provider on your behalf requires specific authorization for that action. Some service providers operate internationally, so processing may occur outside your country, subject to applicable requirements.
Retention and security
Call recordings are retained for one month. SureMail is configured to automatically delete its outgoing email logs after 30 days. This setting applies to SureMail logs only; it does not delete notification emails held in a mailbox, stored form entries, service records or payment-provider records. Other enquiry, email, service, authorization and payment records are kept while needed to handle the request and for applicable legal, accounting, security or dispute needs; the one-month period for recordings does not apply to all records. You may ask about retention or request deletion. Limited information may need to be retained where applicable requirements permit or require it. We use HTTPS for website transmission. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Never send account credentials or full financial details in an enquiry.
Your privacy rights
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@existsify.cc or calling 1-888-450-9515. Describe the request and give enough information to locate your records, without sending passwords or full card numbers. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect your information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to a copy, portability, restriction or objection, withdrawal of consent, opt-outs for certain processing, an appeal or a complaint to a regulator. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies. We will handle requests under applicable requirements and explain any permitted reason for retaining information or declining a request.
