Effective date: October 6, 2026. These terms explain Existsify’s optional subscription-cancellation assistance. Read them with the written scope you accept, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
An enquiry is not authorization
Submitting a form, emailing, calling, reading guidance or receiving an initial response is an enquiry only. It does not authorize paid work, appoint us to act on your account or create a payment obligation. Before paid work begins, we explain the subscription involved, the proposed scope, any action we would take, the fee and payment trigger, and cancellation/refund terms. You must expressly agree to the specific scope and terms in a documented acceptance process before paid work begins.
Scope and account control
Assistance can include identifying the billing provider, explaining cancellation steps, organizing the request and agreed follow-up guidance. Any communication to a provider on your behalf requires specific prior authorization. You must be the account holder or have authority to request assistance. You remain in control of account decisions and complete identity checks directly with the provider. Never give us passwords, one-time codes or full card numbers. We do not need unrestricted access to your account.
Independent service and direct options
Existsify is an independent third-party paid assistance service, not affiliated with or an official support channel for subscription providers. You may cancel directly with the provider or billing platform without buying our service. Providers control their accounts, billing, cancellation and refund decisions. We do not guarantee cancellation, refunds, savings or a particular outcome.
The $28 fee and meaning of resolved
The optional assistance fee is USD $28 for the cancellation request within the scope you agree to. Enquiries are free. A “resolved request” means the agreed subscription cancellation is completed and its future automatic renewal is disabled, as confirmed by the provider or billing platform. Confirmation should identify the effective date; access already paid for may continue until that date. Sending instructions, making an attempt, forwarding a request or closing our support ticket alone does not count as resolution. A provider refund is separate and is not guaranteed.
Authorization and payment
The $28 fee is payable only after you have expressly authorized the service and the agreed request is resolved as defined above. If we are unsuccessful, no assistance fee is due. We then email a PayPal or Stripe invoice/payment link for card payment, identifying the processor and any payment instructions. The full amount payable must be explained before your acceptance; no undisclosed additional charge is authorized by an enquiry. The fee is separate from balances or charges owed to your provider. These terms do not create an automatic recurring Existsify subscription. Any changed or additional scope requires your separate agreement.
Stopping assistance and refunds
You may ask us to stop by emailing support@existsify.cc or calling 1-888-450-9515. No fee is due for an enquiry or for an unsuccessful request. If the service has already been resolved with your prior authorization, the agreed fee may be due. Requests concerning payments are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. A completed service is not automatically subject to a blanket non-refundable exclusion.
Complaints and disputes
Contact support@existsify.cc with the request/payment reference, issue, relevant evidence and outcome sought. Do not send full card details. We will review the records and explain our response and any proposed correction. You retain applicable rights to contact consumer authorities, use payment-provider dispute procedures or seek legal remedies. This process does not waive those rights.
Limitations and changes
Our responsibility concerns the assistance expressly agreed with you. We do not control third-party decisions or guarantee uninterrupted website operation. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. No compulsory arbitration requirement or arbitrary liability cap is imposed by these terms. Applicable mandatory laws continue to apply; no specific governing-law jurisdiction is asserted here. Future website changes do not retroactively alter a service agreement you already accepted; material changes require agreement where applicable.
